- Is the staff professional?
- Does the staff seem concerned about my wishes and does it volunteer information freely regarding accommodations, conveniences, and costs to help me make good choices?
- Is the facility attractive, with the kinds of amenities that will make me and my family feel comfortable?
- Does the staff listen carefully, or are they merely trying to "sell" me on arrangements that would be most beneficial to them?
- If special arrangements will be required, will the home make them without a fuss?
